Most assignments begin with a feasibility study which are a clinical and data driven assessment of a client’s readiness for entering the USA market and likelihood of success.

2. Detailed Launch Marketing Plan

This element will serve as a detailed roadmap for entering the US, and includes situational analysis, marketing and sales objectives, marketing strategy, tactics, and more.

3. Year One Direction and Oversight

The third key element of Atlantic Partners’ engagement is for US marketing direction and oversight in cooperation with our European client. This ensures that your Year I launch will be executed by senior US marketing and business executives according to the agreed launch marketing plan and within the parameters of the marketing budget.
